In terms of weight loss we are going from stalled to IN REVERSE.
I want to tell you that I weighed in a day late. I want to tell you that I had not pooped yet. I want to tell you that I was fully dressed whilst on the scale. I want to tell you that I tracked points with INTEGRITY last week up until Sunday, because that is the last day of the week for me on WW and I usually weigh in on Monday mid-morning AND I had lots of overflow points left. I want to complain that the weight is not falling off this time because I am nursing a baby. I want to tell you that the baby's not sleeping (hasn't made it through the night in nearly TWO WEEKS. And that's after a blissful 2-month-ish stretch of sleeping a solid 12 hours a night) and I'm pretty sure this is sleep-deprivation related. Because you retain water when you don't sleep. RIGHT?! I also want to tell you about the lady in my mommy and me class who keeps bringing boxes of doughnuts to class and about how this is totally her fault.
I want to cuss. I want to quit. I want to eat an entire box of cookies because WHAT IS THE POINT. After all my big talk last week I'm already in the red.
